Change footer

Hi Sakin, I think this is a repeat question but I can't find the original. I'm trying to change the footer text and placed this in the footer editor under webmaster tools in theme options: <div class="copyright">Copyright © [the-year] [site-link]. All Rights Reserved.</div><div class="powered">Published by: Describe Communications</div> Unfortunately, it shows up under the footer, not in it. http://69.195.124.223/~forevft4/?page_id=44 Help please.
