Change footer background colour

Hi there, I would like to change the Higher Education background colours entirely to white. However, when I do this in the options the footer's background colour remains in the default (#f5f5f5 I think). Could you provide me with the CSS code to change the footer background box colour to white as well? Thank you so much! B
