Change font in menu bar, menu bar color and background color

Hello, My website : www.packandpress.biz I would like to ask for code to 1) change font in menu bar - now it is Times new roman and i tried as below in custom CSS but it didn't change. #header-menu ul.menu a { font-family: 'Arial', Helvetica, sans-serif; } 2) Change menu bar color 3) Change Background color to yellow (#f9b700) - I'd changed in Color menu but it is still white background.
