Change Font color on Pages

I'm unable to find where I can change the font color on pages & posts in Fotografie Pro. I'm assuming I should be able to change it using the Colors menu but there isn't a color selection for posts or pages, just a Main and Secondary text color which has no effect on the posts. It's probably staring me in the face, so go easy on me (kinda new to this). Jeff
