Change focus & hover colour menu

Hi there, I want to change the focus & hover of the menus when someone click on. I know I’ll probably need some CSS for this but i cant do it by myself, its didnt works:( http://pro-oliviernouhi.fr/ Someone can help me ? Thanks Olivier
