Change ENTIRE top menu color to white

Hello, I would like to change my entire menu/ top section at the top to white. If you visit my website at http://stephaniewalk.com/ you will know what I mean. Also, I would like the hover color for the menu to be active on all pages, not just the home page. Right now, the hover color for the top menu is the pinkish/rose, but only on the home page. I need it to work on every page. Thank you, Stephanie
