Change 'continue reading' text in featured slider

Hi there, I'm using Catch Everest Pro: http://www.sebastiaanhorn.nl I'm using the featured slider. In the text box there is a small part of text, followed by a link: continue reading (ga verder met lezen in dutch). I want to keep the link, but is there a way to change this text?
