Change color of \"side bar\" text, hover and link color

I would like to be able to change the color of the "sidebar" used for my blog page. The darker grey are harder to see. Can you supply me the code that I can mod in the "Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS? See " http://xgm.7c7.myftpupload.com/blog/ " Thanks, Jim Avery
