Change color of posts theme

Hey guys, Today I installed the Scapeshot Music theme and I really like it. However, I find it a bit too dark and want to change the background of the pages and posts. For some reason I cannot find how to do this. The only way around it seems to edit the background of the individual text blocks, which of course isn't ideal. Could you provide any assistence?
