Change color of homepage featured content titles

Hi, how am I able to change the homepage featured content titles? I see this option is not available under appearance -> customize -> colors or appearance -> theme options -> color options. Is there supposed to be an option in either of these places? Or do I have to go about doing it some other way? Thanks
