Change category product image on mouse over

Hello, could you help me change the image on mouse over? I wish I could do it in woocommerce product category images without using plugins. it's possible? At the moment the site is coming soon .. I have to unlock it or can you give me the solution even so? thanks Marco woodlikedesign
