Change blog page to only show post summaries

Hello, I am trying to have my blog page only show summaries. Right now it is showing the most recent post in its entirety and then summaries of the archives. I want it to be like your demo page. Thanks. https://ltpcreativedesignllc.com/trends-in-elearning/
