Centering The Featured Image Of A Post

I love using the featured image portion of this theme, however it doesn't center on my site. Is there a way to center the feature image on individual posts so the pictures will be centered above the title. Also is there a way to center the "title" of a page. It seems to be left aligned by default. Thanks.
