Centering Footer

How do I center my footer in IE, because in Chrome it is centered using the same html code <p align=" center" style=" clear both;"> Privacy Policy| Contact Us| Terms & Conditions| </p> but in IE it is still skewed to the left, my site is http://www.archerlighting.com/.
