Center tables and text in tables

Hi, I'm trying to centralise text as well the tables, I can't seem to do it! http://www.classicalballetcentresurrey.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/2013-timetable I'd like the top table (I'm going to create additional tables) to be in the middle of the page and I'd also like the text in the center too. I'm using the TablePress plugin. Thanks for your help!
