Center Menu Bars(Primary and Secondary)

Hey All, I have a WordPress Site with the Catch Box Free Theme, http://www.jhusga.com/ and would like to center both the Primary and Secondary Menu Bars, how would I go about doing so? Thanks in advanced for your response. Kirk
