center header-menu

Hi, Evolution theme supports two menus at the top of the page; one above the header that sticks to the top of the page and one underneath the header that scrolls with the page. The one underneath the header is called header-menu if I'm not mistaken. I'd like the items in that menu to be centered (just like the sticky top menu). Could you please help me do that?
