Category // Post footer

Hello, my website is both in FR and in EN. In the FR version both categories and tags are shown at the bottom of each post. However, in the EN version, only tags are shown. Same goes for posts displayed on the home page How can I have categories showing also on the EN version? Thank you PS : I'd rather give URL by private message, is it possible?
