Catch Responsive theme – how to manage articles ?

I'm building a website with Catch Responsive theme. It is not a blog. Neverthess I want to add a specic page to show news and I need an archive so that old articles are automatically stored and customers can trace them. I do not want the articles been shown elswhere but only in the "News" page. How can I manage that ? thanks in advance
