Catch Responsive Pro – Header

Hi! I bought Catch Responsive Pro in July 2017, and the problem is, that the header doesn't appear. I disable the Slider and enable several header-images ... I have tried it many times, but the header-image always disappears, and in addition, I can't put it below the menu ... What's the problem? Because of the problem with the header-imagage I now use only Catch Responsive, as the link shows: https://www.neoterisches-bewusstsein.com/ Any ideas?
