Catch Responsive NOT mobile friendly

Hi I purchased the catch responsive pro theme which says - 'It is based on responsive design where each element has been carefully configured for perfect display on all devices and platforms' However it fails the google mobile friendly test. How can this be fixed? Regards, Gordon
