Catch Responsive Free – Questions about categories

I am currently using the Free Catch Responsive theme. I created several menus on my home page only to realize that I needed to create categories to get specific posts to specific categories. I have (2) questions about the categories: 1. How do I get a featured image on the category page ? I have added images on the various menus on my home page and would like to add images to the categories above my posts. 2. On the category page the words "Category:xxxxxx" appears on the top of the page. How can that be removed ? The last option on my home page is labeled "Everything Else" this is the category page that I would like to add an image to and also remove the words "Category: Everything Else" from the page.
