Catch responsive free does not resize correctly on mobile devices

I have used the catch responsive free for the website of our foundation: www.tovwonen.nl. Although it looks great on laptops, it does not resize properly on mobile devices. Instead of switching to the mobile view, it just decreases the size to the extend in which it is impossible to read. Could anyone please help me to solve this issue?
