Catch Responsive and NextGen Gallery

Hi guys, In wordpress I like to work with the NextGen Gallery and other stuff there. Yesterday I bought the above mentioned theme and it does not work together with next gen...any idea how to help me? As a very newbee I would appreciate a much more detailed help to all and everything.... where can I find something like that ?   Thanks a lot for your help !
