Catch resonsive

Hi I've build two sides with the Catch Responsive theme One www.gedachtenvoer.nl is working great The other www.zydecozityradio.com does not shows te be responsive at mobile phones After checking en comparing the setting from both sites I can't see any difference ? Thanks for the support
