Catch Katmandu Pro Customization Page Blank

I am having a similar issue but not with the whole site. I can't get into the customize section of the theme (get e blank screen every time) but I can get into themes option section. All this happened after upgrading from Pro version 4.2 to 4.9. I followed all the instructions to do the upgrade and used the Catch Updater plugin to do it. I really need help because I need to make some changes that are only in the customize area.
