Catch Kathmandu

Hi I am facing following problems in my website ramakrishna.sg 1. The home page contain four boxes they were intialy of equal size and now they are appearing of unequal size. 2. The footer color has changed from orange to blue . 3.The homepage was optimized for 100% so that whole page appears at 100% now the header is exapanded the flash is also expanded and you have to scroll down to see the complete page. Appreciate help in solving thisproblem Abhishek
