Catch Kathmandu ProVersion: 5.1.1

I am on Catch Kathmandu ProVersion: 5.1.1 - which is the latest version updated about a month ago, was working fined until last week when I noticed the Featured Header Image, which was the firm's name and log has disappeared now the website looks horrible and no matter what I try it will not come back .... please could someone help
