Catch Kathmandu Pro – Social Icons do not appear on the bottom like they used to

I recently upgraded to Kathmandu Pro and I cannot get my Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube social icons to appear on my site. I have added the URLs to the predefined social icon section, but they don't show up anywhere! Hoe do I get my social icons back?
