Catch Kathmandu Pro bad in IE8

Hello Sakin, I'm getting frantic emails from client & I suspect they are viewing http://www.sonomalavender.com in IE8. Here is a screenshot from netrenderer: http://www.sonomalavender.com/IE8-shot.png. I've removed header elements one by one and deactivated plugins but cannot find the problem. Do you have any idea what it could be?
