Catch Gallery links from images

I'm trying to link images on my home page at https://lefkowicz.com to galleries using the Catch Gallery plugin and can't figure out how to do it. I don't want to insert a gallery into a page or post, I want to link out to separate galleries. If Catch Gallery won't do it, is there a plugin that will? I've had no luck with Essential Grid.
