Catch Fullscreen Pro – Change sections order on homepage

Hello, I really want my instagram section to appear after the Portfolio section on my homepage (scroll page) but I can't find a way to change the order. In this forum you reply somewhere that it is a pro option but I have pro and I still can't seem to find it. Please help!
