Catch Fullscreen on mobile not centered

Hello again, I have another question concerning the Catch Fullscreen theme for the phone. Before one of the people in your support team (Sapana Adhikari) centered the titles for me so they are in the middle now. She also resolved the issue of the header image disappearing. Two issues remain: 1. The small menu-square is not completely centered in the phone version 2. The small menu-square is also not in the middle in the desktop version. I'm also not 100 percent sure the header images is completely centered but I might be wrong... Can you please have a look at this?
