Catch Flames to Catch Flames Pro

I'm building a website with Catch Flames and decided to buy Catch Flames Pro for the added functionality. It's a fairly simple, straightforward site (donmarquis.com), and the posts transfer over just fine, but my menu and all the content in the right-side widgets are lost. What is the best way to migrate my content? Thanks!
