Catch Flames Pro – Featured Images not shown

Hello I am using Catch Flames Pro. I noticed that the featured images in e.g. all pages are not shown. In the Screen Options the featured image checkbox is checked. In e.g. page http://www.ridgedu.com/summer-camp-canada I added a featured image size 1600 × 400. In another page http://www.ridgedu.com/summer-camp-canada/esl-summer-camps I added a featured image size 400 × 300. Both are not shown. What would be the reason? Thanks a lot Dietmar
