Catch Evolution – Header Background Color does not change

Hi I am using the Catch Evolution Theme, and I can basically do anything, but change the background color of the header, which is light green, which does not work with my logo. If I customize the header, it does not show the background color, but my page does. Would appreciate any ideas how to fix this problem.
