Catch Everest Upgrade

Hello, I have several of your paid themes and I love theme. I have the Catch Everest and I see there is an update to it. I have a couple of questions: If I update the theme, will I have to re-do all the theme options? If I purchase ProEverest, will I have to re-do all the theme options? (I think yes). Trying to decide how to move forward. Thanks!
