Catch Everest Pro Installation Error and How to remove powered by wordpress etc.

Hi Sakin,   I was trying to install the Catch Everest Pro version but the following appears: How do I solve it? And how do I removed the powered by wordpress and catch everest theme after I install it? Thanks.
