Catch Everest javascript version

I am getting an error on my site with a plugin stating an issue with the jquery javascript version being less than 1.3 Example- http://mmghealth.com/?page_id=63 I had turned off all plugins and am still getting the error. I dont know that the catch everest is the problem. Any thoughts?
