Catch box pro : "customize" page is empty

Hello all, Configuration : WordPress 4.8 - theme Catch Box Pro I just installed this theme and I have empty page when I try to customize it. Only menus page is accessible. I firstly instal theme with "add theme..." procedure and then with ftp procedure : same issue Can someone help me please ? Thanks in advance
