Catch Base | Menu

Hi! I have a few questions about my main menu bar. I would like to centre the menu as well as change the font. How would I do this? I also notice there is a blank space between my Logo and the main menu, is there a way I can remove this space? Thanks! www.thelostgirlsguide.com
