Capitalize Site Title and Main Menu in Catch Fullscreen Pro

Hi: in https://www.creatingtheworldwewanttolivein.org (using Catch Fullscreen Pro) my fellow book authors want the Site Title and main menu to not be uppercase. I've tried various Additional CSS combinations of text-transform: capitalize; or none; , but the uppercase is remarkably persistent. Any ideas?
