Can't update + profile icon in portfolio

Hello, I have two problems, first is I can't update the Euphony Pro theme, error message is "An error occurred while updating Euphony Pro: Update package not available.". Second problem is, in my portfolio page, under the posts, there is a poster profile icon, I wonder how to either get rid of it, or make it my own profile picture. I can't find out how to do it.
