Can't reset theme in live preview

I've been messing around with Catch Box in live preview. The problem is that somehow - and I have no idea how it happened - now there's a feature that won't come back in the theme. I did a reset of the theme settings, but the feature is still missing (one of the menus - the one that's supposed to be below the header). I even deleted it from my account then re-downloaded it again but the menu is still missing. What can I do to fully reset the theme's original features?
