Can't Modify Footer

Under Theme Options, I tried modifying footer editor under footer option, but after every edit, the content reverts to the original when I save it. I made sure the "reset footer" box isn't ticked while doing this several time. The disable footer works fine though. Could someone help help with this? Thank you. My website is relam.ca
