CANT LEAVE COMMENTS DUE TO SPAMBOT

So very new to Wordpress, but I have my blog set up using Catch Box 2.8.1, I only have 2 post, because I just launched and on one post, no one, including myself can leave a comment because after you type in your info and hit send it says" SPAMBOT....., CACHE OUT OF DATE.....ERROR CODE NR02", I thought I have done all to fix it, but no go, can you please help me fix this problem so that my friends can leave a comment under each post. Thanks
