Can’t get full width content

I can't get the PhotoFocus Pro template to present as full width. Using Page Attributes Template: No Sidebar: Full Width has no effect. Theme Options / Layout Options / Default Layout & Homepage/Archive Layout are both set to No Sidebar: Full Width and they have no effect. Do I need to edit the theme CSS? Or is there something I can just add to the Additional CSS section? Thank you!
