Cant find Social Links section in customizer

Hi, I want to add the social icons in the menu. I looked it up in the instructions, and It should be aivalable in the customizer, but the section is missing. Is it another way I can add the social links/icons in the menu? Thanks! http://rijschooleriksnip.nl/
