Can't Customize or Preview!

I just purchased the Pro version based on the free version. This is really frustrating. The pro version includes a completely BLANK customize panel. There are no options of any kind. Just the "Save and Activate" button. This needs to be addressed -- as it seems this was also an issue in another post, but I see no resolution. I'm running the current version of WordPress 4.5.2.
