Cant add galleries after update

I have just updated to the latest version of Wordpress and SlimClick Pro theme.  I created a new post, wrote some paragraphs of text and then could not add an Envira gallery. The look of the editing page has changed and there is no longer a + symbol for new paragraph and the possibility to change its type to gallery. What might I have done? :-(
